Comic books, graphic novels, handmade books, and journals continue to rise in popularity. The media and techniques used to tell stories in these forms come from both graphic art and fine art.  Explore the boundaries between these approaches and learn some of the basics of storytelling using language and art as you create your own story.

Both traditional and digital media will be discussed with an emphasis on hands-on techniques.  Taught by Jeff Benham and guests from 7000 BC.

Jeff Benham has been creating handmade books and comics for the past fifteen years.
